Bio

My name is Richard Corneau, I am a Warrant Officer. I am originally from Montreal. I joined the Canadian armed forces in 1988 as an Infantryman. Later in my career I transferred trades and became a lineman. I have deployed overseas on 6 different missions which include, Cyprus, Haiti, Bosnia, Gulf war, Afghanistan. I have also deployed on numerous deployments within Canada. I have been speaking to Youth groups and schools for many years now and greatly enjoy this experience. I am able to speak in both languages fluently. I enjoy speaking about my experiences in different countries and giving other people a view of what it is like to be a soldier.
