Are you of aboriginal descent? If so, you are likely to be eligible for the Air Cadet League of Canada’s Ecklund Aboriginal Post-Secondary Education Scholarship. As their website states:
“Mr. Chris Ecklund is a member of the Presidents Club of the Air Cadet League of Canada and is generously offering a $1,000 post-secondary scholarship for Aboriginal Air cadets in each province and territory. Any First Nations youth who are enrolled in the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program and who leave the program, due to age, will be eligible to apply for a post-secondary scholarship in an aviation-related field of study. “
