On Monday, October 24, 8 Globemaster hosted a series of Halloween activities. Cadets participated in pumpkin decorating and drawing contests, cup pong, pin the legs on the spider, and Kahoot! Sgt Liu A shares her thoughts on the event below:
“This was a great way to get the squadron back together in activities as we do one of our first squadron wide events with all cadets together at the same time, and it was amazing to see all the cadets in their costumes having fun with one another. I had lots of fun watching the cadets put their creativity to work while decorating and working in teams to win games like cup pong and pin the legs on the spider. To top it off, the food bank donations were a great way to give back to the community.”
Thank you to the IC of the event, Sgt Sar E, and the 2IC FCpl Cho C for bringing a great halloween celebration! As well, congratulations to all the cadets who won awards for best drawing and pumpkin decorating, and best costume.
