For our second day, we’d like to suggest journaling. Getting into journaling doesn’t necessarily mean buying a bunch of new stationery and pretty notebooks, although you can if you want to! Any old notebook, and some pens will suffice. If you have no idea where to get started, this link will help! The most important thing here is to focus on your mental wellbeing, and don’t worry if you skip a few days, as doing it sometimes is better than completely stopping.
