For our third day, we’d like to suggest calling a family member or friend. Catching up with each other, as well as the intimacy of hearing each other’s voices can soothe nerves. Just a simple “How are you?” or a “What’s up?” can help bridge the gap caused by pandemic isolation. When you talk to a loved one, you bond with them. By calling and catching up with a loved one, you’re strengthening the bonds of a loving relationship with each other.
